Interview
The interview process at Equilend was enjoyable and well-structured. It began with an initial conversation with the Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by interviews with a Team Member and Team Manager a couple weeks later and concluded with a Senior Leader interview. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to meet with future colleagues, which provided me with valuable insights into the company culture. Overall, the process was smooth and very well-organised.
In a world where currently AI conducts most graduate interviews, EquiLend’s personable approach could not have been more refreshing. The process consisted of 3 interviews with actual people and after every conversation I learnt more about the company and felt like I was having a normal interaction with another person rather than the usual stressful interview process. Having applied to so many jobs, EquiLend is potentially the only company that I feel looked at me as a person rather than basing it off of unassociated numbers and CV’s and I couldn’t be more grateful for all of the effort they put in to make this the case.
