I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Equitable (Charlotte, NC) in Oct 2020
Interview
I applied towards the ending August and got a call the next week with an HR recruiter who asked me some questions and shared with me about the position. I then had 3 more web interviews spaced out a week to a week and a half apart with members of the management team for the position I was interviewing for. Altogether the entire process took about two months. It was a little stressful having so many interviews, but it’s understandable given the transition of certain positions from NY to Charlotte. The interviews were thorough but very laid back and conversational like.
