Etsy Software Engineer interview questions

They contact me via linkedin, then I was interviewed by a very kind woman who told me all the benefits and ask me my economic expectations, then I have the technical interview with two developers

It was very long with a lot of steps, and I even interviewed with a referral. They have a phone screen, then one or two hour long interviews. Then a full day of interviews. I had my interviewer not show up for one of the full day interviews. Then they said they'd just reschedule me the next day for that one, until I asked "So you want me to take another day off work then?" and they found a way to reschedule me the same day. They acted like I essentially had the job, even told me what the offer would be if I got one, with the explanation they'd call next week to confirm. Then I got a stock email saying the position had already been filled. Over all, it was unprofessional, very time consuming, and disorganized.
