I applied online. Less than a week later I had a phone screen where I spoke about my past experience and why I would want to move into the role of a CSR. I was then invited back for a round of 4 30 min 1:1 interviews. The next week, I cam back for another round of 4 30 min 1:1 interviews. Lastly I had a founders round where I interviewed with a couple people who were very high up in the company.
