5 total rounds including a screening process. The interviews each were the same, and quite honestly very relaxed. It was like they did not care to interview. When asking about the day to day and what working with the teams were like each person said that the other interviewer had a better understanding of how’d you work with others, which felt like a red flag.
Initial phone call/zoom with the recruiter. Then a zoom with the hiring manager. Again (this seems to be the norm in a lot of unprofessional companies) , set up time and date, then email ON the day to say the job has been filled. At least it wasn't while waiting for the interview to begin like another company I reviewed.

Interview
First interview with HR, then followed up 3 days after with a 30 min interview with Senior Product Manager, where we discussed my previous experience, and did an exercise.
Interview was only 30 mins so we had to rush a little bit. We reviewed the role, what the company was looking for, and my past experience. The exercise was aimed to understand candidate´s mindset towards specific scenarios in the Product management scene.
Exercise was a bit long, there were many questions associated to it, so its good if you write down in paper while listening to the questions, to organize your speech better.
