I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Extendicare (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2020
Interview
3 rounds. The 1st round is an Excel technical test with 1hr limitation. The 2nd round is a video interview with 2 project managers for 30min. The 3rd round is a video interview with a director for 15min. The 1st and 2nd rounds were not hard. In the 3rd round, the interviewer scheduled a very early time Monday morning and told me that it was just a conversational chat. However, he asked me many technical questions and let me recall what was Excel test about. I did the Excel test a week ago and told him the outline of what I did. But he didn't give me the offer. I thought I was swindled and it was really strange to have an interview at 9 am Monday morning to answer every detail of the Excel test which I did for a period before.
