First phone interview was with HR for initial screening (30 minutes). they may ask some technical questions as an additional filter. Second was with Hiring Manager - very nice and professional - mostly behavioral with some technical based on your skillset. Third interview was Technical - Interviewer barely gave me a chance to talk and steamrolled the interview. So yeah, I did like the company and the interview process seems fair but I wish I was given an actual chance to showcase my technical skillset LOL. I didnt think I was fairly evaluated because I was barely able to talk-out solutions to questions that he then answers. He was nice tho.
My main complain is they don't have the decency to send a rejection email. Even after you follow-up. At least do an automated rejection email and not ghost applicants.
