the behavioral interviews were typical. they asked a lot of the basic walk me through your resume questions but I think each division is looking for different things and im very confused about how they evaluate if you fit into a certain team.

It was very straightfoward. 2 rounds. One was a behavioral. The second one was a Superday with two back-to-back interviews. There were some technical questions but mostly behavioral. Pretty standard tell me about yourself and asked some questions about things on my resume.

Full-day assessment Centre. Including a group discussion to discuss a case, then a numerical and logical reasoning paper, then two back-to-back rounds of interviews with managers, and also a partner
The interview was online and pre‑recorded, with questions focused on my key strengths, how I would describe myself, and other competency‑based prompts about my skills, personality, and working style. It was not good in the end because it didn't offer.
