It was a simple process. You apply and then go through a phone screen where you then set up a time to interview at corporate office with a group of people.

Name one time you had to deal with a difficult situation
Farmers has Very friendly staff. Farmers Work with you and very flexible with interview times and days. Farmers are Very detailed and don't beat around the bush. I don't have 30 words to type
Interview process was average, standard behavioral interview questions were used as part of the process. I started with a phone interview and moved on to a group in-person interview where we were given a tour of the office and participated in a group discussion.
