Long, Drawn out process of phone interviews, followed by group interviews. A couple of comparitive analysis tests. If you pass all of that, you get a final interview with your manager. Then a phone call with a offer

Very soft skill based and very relationships based questions. There were about 3-4 rounds and they were really just seeing how you can relate to people. Most of the interviews were also over the phone

Series of interviews, phone & scheduled in person. Very focused on positive, can do attitude. Not completely honest about it being a call center. They really accentuated on being about to excel and rise quickly but that's not actually the case. Good starting wages, great environment as far as comfort & amenities.
