It was a phone screen interview by HR, then panel interview by 3 VP level mgrs. The interview was pleasant. It felt good for the process. But I did not get the job.

Professional and very in depth. Phone call with recruiter then Branch Leader all were virtual. Initial screening was about 15 minutes and interview was an hour. Definitely use the STAR method

Great 2 step interview process. Spoke with one lady first on the phone for about 20 minutes then for the next interview I spoke with 2 people on zoom for about 50 mins.

Nothing too hard, it was about behavior stuff, what would you do etc. Zoom with two managers at the office you're looking at. Not a hard interview but they are meeting with lots and lots of good candidates, so it's hard to shine, when the top ten are very similar.

Normal questions if you look online, you can find what they will ask you but use STAR method, its easy and helpful to keep your answers clear and focused. Why fidelity. Why do you want to be in Wealth management?
