They start by introducing the LEAP program. After that, you introduce yourself and tell them why you want to work there. You explain your experience in the front-end and back-end separately. Next, you explain your experience with different frameworks and databases. After that, they ask you questions like: "What do you know about OOP principles?", "What do you know about Agile?", "What do you know about SQL?", "What do you know about Git?" The whole interview lasted about 25 minutes and I was not asked any supplemental questions for each topic after answering them in depth with examples. This was for the phone interview, I did not make it to the technical interview. I was hoping to get into the LEAP program so I also created a project that demonstrated all the OOP principles along with their tech stack which included HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Java, MySQL, and Git but my recruiter didn't bother to look at it. I got the feeling that my recruiter didn't know much about what she was asking me. With that being said, be sure to answer their conceptual questions with the definitions online and less with examples.
