It was my first round with HR and quite surprised to see that he is shortlisting the resumes based on the technical expertise. I was confused how come an HR could realise the potential of the candidate. secondly we were waiting for more than 3 hrs to get to the next round. Surprisingly the panel was not available when we reached at the given time.
I feel there interview process is quite reverse and not organised. People came for more than 200kms as well but HR said that he is not suitable. If that was the case then why did he called for the interview. He was have checked it first, schedule the telephonic/skype round and then call him for face2 face. why waste anybodys time.
