painful and predicatble scripted interviews. No sense of any actual process. Initial contact from HR to the first phone interview took 7 weeks. It took another 9 weeks to get a second phone interview. A week later a call comes asking you to get on a plan that same day to interview on the following day....no options provided.

There really were no technical questions of any kind....mostly questions like "have you ever done XXXX before? If so where and how did it turn out?"
