Interview
In interview , they extensively covered Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts, Database Management Systems (DBMS), JOIN operations, garbage values, and exception handling. We delved into project details, exploring Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. OOPs queries revolved around encapsulation, inheritance, and polymorphism. For DBMS, normalization and SQL queries were key. JOIN operations involved understanding different types and their applications. Garbage values and exception handling focused on debugging skills. Project discussions included architecture, implementation, and challenges faced. SDLC questions explored project management methodologies.
I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Fiserv in Oct 2021
Interview
Two interviews held after the initial GD round. First was the Technical Interview, second was the Managerial Interview. In first interview most questions asked were from the resume, basic java questions, OOPs concepts, an easy coding question on strings and hash map. In second round mostly behavioral questions and situation based questions were asked.
