Sehr nettes und konstruktives Gespräch. Einziger Gesprächspartner war der Teamleiter für die ausgeschriebene Stelle. Das Gespräch erstreckte sich auf fachliche und persönlich Themen, dies ermöglichte eine gute Einschätzung seines Gegenüber. Das Gespräch war weitgehend auf Englisch, auf Deutsch nur in geringem Umfang.

The head of the department expressed interest in interviewing me, but after the interview, the recruiting team never got back to me—no answer, no feedback—despite my two follow-ups. As an experienced professional who took time out of my day for this, I find their lack of communication incredibly unprofessional. What a disappointment.
