I had applied for Senior Manager, HR ruled me out as a Manager even without consulting me and I was put through 3 interview processes
1. Senior Manager
2. Director Round
3. HR Round
Cleared all 3, took the HR 1 month to say that I have cleared. I was elated and looked forward to hiring, however 3 months since then and the tool says my profile is under approval from the team. In the meantime HR shared a draft copy of the offer letter which I accepted and 1.5 months post accepting I get to know that the role has been filled.
I am devastated that after multiple follow ups with the HR, there has been hardly any response and now there is no opening is what the HR says... Very bad experience.

I applied for a Senior Manager position. They postponed the interview at last moment.
After re-scheduling, interviewer joined 25 minutes late. The conversation went fine & I was told that I will be moving to the next set of rounds.
Next day, I get a rejection email. I reached out to recruiter to share feedback. The recruiters did not even pick up the call or respond to emails
Such a shame!

The interview process was as usual. The interviewer asked some typical business questions. After the interview, I did not receive any update even after multuple followups. The HR mentioned that the interviewer has gone on a long leave. I mean WTF!

Extensive process with multiple rounds that lasted almost 1.5 months. Needs to be closed faster and the interviewees need to be updated about the progress or status of their candidature post interview rounds.
