Interview
The interview took place in the store. We were asked to be there by 8 a.m., so the store was not opened for customers yet. There were six of us and the manager asked questions while also explaining the responsibilities of a Sales Associate. We took turns in answering questions. After the Q&A part, he split us into two groups. He made up a description of a girl and told us to make an outfit for her. Then, we had to explain to him why we chose the clothes.

Question 1
What do you think is the most important aspect of a retail store, or in this case, Forever 21?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
