Interview
I walked in to hand in my resume and was told to fill out an app so I filled it out in store n gave it to one of the managers. She then told me they will be doing group interviews soon so to expect a call back. She called me the 2 days later a Thursday n told me to come in for a group interview on Friday. I showed up n there was a bunch of other ppl waiting to be interviewed as well so they split us into 2 groups n interviewed us. She only asked us 3 questions each because there were so many of us, it took up alot of the interview time going around n hearing all of our answers so she wrapped it up after 3 pretty easy questions. 1st question was "Tell me your name, a little about yourself, and your availability. 2nd was "Name 1 thing you liked n disliked about your previous employer" 3rd was "How has your experience been shopping here at forever 21 and what are you going to expect on black friday" since it is a seasonal position. If they like you they'll keep you so prove yourself

What do you expect black friday to be like here at forever 21?
It was an in-person interview. It was very easy, and a standard retail interview. lasted around 10 minutes. The manager asked some scenario questions but overall, the questions were pretty straightforward.
It was a casual group interview. I sat down with a manager and another girl who was applying. They just asked a few standard questions about us and our experience.
Interviewer did not seem very experienced. He was rushing the interview and only asked general questions such as where do you see yourself in 10 years… for an entry level job.
