Formalize Sales Development Representative SDR interview questions

Colloquio in linea con la serietà dell'azienda. Dopo un primo colloquio iniziale ti viene richiesto di eseguire diversi test, tra cui un Business case, test attitudinale e un test per valutare il QI.

I have applied for the Sales Development Representative's position through their website. After a couple of days, I received the email describing the first step of the interview's process. Firstly, I needed to complete a personality test, which I completed the same day that I received the email. After that, I've been ghosted for almost 2 months. During that time, I sent 3 follow-up emails. After 2 months, another person from HR contacted me via email asking me to continue the interview process if I was still interested. So, I accepted. The 1st interview was with HR, it lasted around 15 mins. Very friendly, very easy conversation of what I've studied and what were exactly my tasks and achievements during my past job experiences. The 2nd interview, was with the same HR girl and one of the managers. The conversation was exactly the same topics. The 3rd interview, was with the first manager and another manager. The conversation was exactly the same topics. The 4th interview was in person, at their office location. It lasted almost an hour. It was a friendly conversation (basically about the same topics), a couple of questions of what would have I done differently in some of my past jobs, and other questions about the future tasks of this SDR position. After a couple of days, the HR girl called me saying that I was not accepted for the role, which is fine. But when I asked "why", it was the most vague response I have ever heard. It seemed that she didn't even talked with the managers to give me some real feedbacks. Now, after almost 10 months, I applied to another position within the same company. It has been 1 month and a half, not answer yet, ghosted again?
