I had a phone interview and they had asked a couple of questions about work experience and what makes me a suitable candidate for their company. They informed me if clinical manager liked my responses we would proceed forward to an in-person interview.

Friendly, interview with directors from multiple facilities. Questions asked were mostly about availabilty, your responses to theoretical situations, an explanation of the type of work done, and scheduling and training process.
