I applied online. I interviewed at Fresenius Medical Care
Interview
Applied online, a recruiter reached out to me and we had a phone interview. She explained that she would forward my information to the Clinic Manager for her to review. 2.5 weeks later, I was invited for an in-person interview. It was low-stress and we mostly chatted, not a formal list of questions. Discussed specific job/specialty, training process, typical patient CKD and treatment. Currently waiting to hear back from the recruiter.

Interview
Hiring event- group interview with about five managers for different clinics within the area. Each manager asked questions but was relatively short interview. Reviewed what the onboarding process and training process would entail. Overall was low stress.
Great interview - positive culture. The company itself has an amazing training program - very thorough on boarding. However, as is the case with most jobs, the management can make or break the environment. You need a manager who will tell it like it is and meet his/her promises and responsibilities.
