My interview process was an one on one with the clinic manager. We met in her office. She asked me questions about my experience and what I could offer the company. I answered questions and asked a few of my own. The clinic manager said that she was very impressed with my interview skills and my resume. She offered me the job on the spot and we discussed salary. She told me that she would love for me to be a part of her team because of my experience and positive attitude. She told me that she wanted to discuss salary with her boss to offer me a decent salary because of my experience. The next day she call me with a suitable salary.

Due to COVID the interview was done remotely via Zoom. I met with two people, the clinical manager and the regional manager. The interview lasted about 25 to 30 minutes.

Interview
Hiring event- group interview with about five managers for different clinics within the area. Each manager asked questions but was relatively short interview. Reviewed what the onboarding process and training process would entail. Overall was low stress.
Great interview - positive culture. The company itself has an amazing training program - very thorough on boarding. However, as is the case with most jobs, the management can make or break the environment. You need a manager who will tell it like it is and meet his/her promises and responsibilities.
