met with the Clinic manager and Social Worker in position. Clinic Manager knew nothing about Social Work role and had limited contribution. Current Social Worker did most of the talking. Clinic Manager had nothing to contribute to the interview. Director of Operations held final interview which was more informative about the role of the social worker.

There were several people from different departments in the interview - it was a kind environment and not at all intimidating. There are a few set required questions that they ask you, and then members of the team ask their own individual questions. After this, they invite you to ask questions of your own.
