Interview
During training at Cerco, I was approached as living in Scotland, for interview for the role of Customer Service Engineer. This consisted of a telephone interview by a local manager. I felt very much at home once it was confirmed that I was located as required and that I had occupied an engineering role for many years, albeit not in IT. My choice of course at Cerco confirmed my interest in a new role in IT. I received a job offer within a week after successfully completing my course.
