Initial phone interview with the recruiter to cover experience, qualifications, career drivers, salary expectations etc.
Then a phone interview with HR from the employer - went over the same ground again but was more competency based - ie providing egs of what I was purporting to know / have done. About an hour in total.
Phone interview with the hiring manager - seemed to be more about fit / ability to work with him. Long conversation over 2 hours - very free flowing - little evidence of structure but I got the impression from time to time that he needed to bring it back to some semblance of structure - "tell me about project "x".
Finanl interview face to face with the recruiting manager - same as the last round but shorter.
Offered the job but decided not to follow through - something difficult to put my finger on - an edge in how he discussed the rest of his team.......
