I applied online. The process took a month . I interviewed at GE in June 2017.It was 4 level: the first one was a phone discussion with an HR consultant from Poland.The second one was with quality manager(a shortly presentation about me and about company).The third one was an Hirevue Interview with a romanian HR and the last one with HR Manager and General Manager from GE Power.Too many behevioral questions for a technical position.At the end they promised me a feedback after 3-4 days whatever the decision will be. That promise was just an empty word and honorless for a GE official

Kontaktaufnahme per Telefon, anschliessend ein etwa 30-minütiges Online-Gespräch via Teams mit dem HR-Team zur gegenseitigen Vorstellung, Klärung offener Fragen sowie Besprechung der beruflichen Erfahrungen, Erwartungen und möglichen Schritte im Bewerbungsprozess
Very detailed with an abundance of scenario questions so be prepared to the fullest. There was a few rounds of interviews so when the second one takes place be ready for those kinds of questions.
Selezionatori cordiali e disponibili. Mi sono state poste domande sia tecniche che personali. La durata è stata decisamente adeguata e alla fine del colloquio i selezionatori sono stati molto disponibili a rispondere a domande riguardanti sia la posizione lavorativa che sul processo di selezione.
