Interview
The interview was fairly basic. There were a lot of fit questions posed and no technical. After all, this was the first phone interview. The interviewer genuinely seemed interested in my answers and asked me to specifically elaborate on everything. Examples of questions I remember are: What was your favorite class? Least favorite? Strengths? Weaknesses? Accomplishments?
Basically, they were genuinely trying to gauge whether I was a good fit for the internship program. Unfortunately, it was determined that I was not. Still, I learned a lot from the interview and it was a good experience.

Online interview was very chill. Two nice ladies interviewing, one is a team leader and one is HR. They were very kind and understanding. Asked about myself and then we headed on to the finance related questions. Explained everything about the position and the rotation.
