Interview
Initially the hiring manager called over phone to understand my profile later on I was asked to attend the interview there I had to interact with a team of 4. After a week the department head called over phone and the next stage was the personal interview with him. The last call was the HR interview about the offer and concerns.

Background, Specific questions related to the domain expertise, a few questions on the design side, Failures; Reliability; Testing and Validation. Growth Plan
Starts with a 20-30 minutes phone screening with an HR consultant. The screening provides an overview of the position, you share your motivation for wanting the position, and you share why you think you're a good fit for the role. Also, you may be asked about your expected salary.
The phone screening usually ends with an agreement to schedule an interview that consists of 3-4 separate 45 minutes interviews. The interviews include:
1. Discussion with hiring manager
2. Discussion with leadership team
3. Discussion with HR
4. (Optional) Discussion with peer panel

Interview
I applied through online and got call from HR. It got rescheduled 3 times and 4th time Interview was taken. It was first Technical Round. Basically problem solving skill along with hands-on coding was main focus. Asked to write code and finally asked to copy paste all the code in chat for audit.

typical in ter view pro cess on the inter view day and had deal with nor mal question per person. logistics was good but not perfect. very sub urban feel
