I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GEICO in May 2013
Interview
Met a representative at a job fair and was invited to a 1:1 interview the next day.
After that, I had a Skype interview with corporate and was then invited to come in to their headquarters in Maryland for a final round interview. I decided to discontinue the interview process at this point.

What do you think is most important factor when deciding on an insurance rate for a vehicle: the location of the vehicle, the age of the driver, or the make of the vehicle?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GEICO (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
The process goes application, pre examination interview, examination, post examination interview, regional interview, and finally regional officer interview. It was a lot but everyone I spoke was incredibly encouraging and nice!

Phone interview, two zoom interviews, second one about an hour or so and the final one. Very nice final interviewer, able to give another answer if they did not like the first one you gave, typical interview questions and in depth review of the program
