Easy process. In person interview with a recruiter. Waited about two weeks. Got called in for an interview with 3 hiring managers. It was all very relaxed and informative. Waited about 2 weeks. Received an offer and went in for a final assessment.
Online application. Invitation to a computer assessment. 1st interview- Zoom with a Recruiter. 2nd Interview- On-site with a member of management. Loved the on-site interview. First part of the process, I got to patch in 3- way with another salesman and hear live calls as a preview of the job. The first question asked in the interview "After shadowing, how does that affect your outlook on the job role?" Excellent first impression for me.

The experience was positive, as the manager demonstrated a willingness to be flexible and accommodating. They were open to collaboration, making the process smooth and easy to navigate, which was greatly appreciated.
