Interview
Came in for an interview. Hiring process wasn't difficult. In fact, I saw interviewees who came in wearing just a shirt and dress pants and went on to get a job, but I guess this is because there is a high turnover rate for this position.
They asked normal interview questions: Describe a difficult situation, how would you deal with an irate customer, name a time when you wanted to go against a supervisor's advice. They told me that day that I was hired.
AFTER you get hired, you're not guaranteed the job. There is an approximately 2 month long training course that you take and are expected to pass ALL the tests in (passing=85+). Most of them are easy, but if you don't maintain an 85+ average you're basically out of a job.

Interview
Telephone interview followed by a face to face interview. They will have you go through a mock scenarios. Their screening process is actually pretty good which suprised me.

Interview
Prepare yourself for a long day of testing and interviews but if you make it through you have a very good chance of getting a job! You will typically start with a phone interview then if you pass that you will go onto a computer test, another test and then a couple 1:1 or 1:2 interviews.
