Interview
I had a series of phone interviews for GEICO's summer internship program in Dallas, TX. I believe I had 3 interviews. The first was with a GEICO recruiter and was strictly behavioral based. We walked through my experience, resume, school work, etc. and it lasted about an hour. Second interview was a panel phone interview and we covered more of the same stuff. I was asked how I would respond to certain situations in a business environment. The entire interview process lasted about 3 weeks.

there was bad internet connection, my interviewer missed the scheduled appointment time, he seemed disinterested. he appeared disappointed by entire experience. they spelled my name wrong in my rejection email, too.

Phone screen then in person interview (pre-pandemic). I was asked to set up the phone screen a few days after submitting the application. We set up the in person interview a few days later. I was given the decision on the spot.
