Interview
After having two phone interviews, I was asked to fill out an application and come in for an interview. The interview consisteted of a skills test. The exam involved role palying and trying to manage the level of work and stress that may be involved with the position.

Do you feel that you can handle this level of stress/work?
Easy, first you take a keyboard and personality test, Then you interview with a manager. After, they will send you either an offer letter or a letter advising over choosing other candidates.

A situation where I had to help someone in the workplace.
Panel interview. Simulation style interview to see how well you can handle tasks and stress. Stay calm and prioritize all of the tasks. Something will lack but it has to be insignificant.
Be prepared with examples to plug and play. May include a technical assessment.
For the interview:
Must use STAR method in responses. Be prepared to give detailed examples. Focus on the customer. Use tactical instances and tie it back to the questions asked.
