Interview
A recruiter calls and describes the position, salary, training dates and times, and asks why you want to work at Geico. The next step is to do a very easy typing test and role play, via computer and after that, an interview with a manager. The manager just reads questions off papers and it really didn't feel like an interview at all. You can't even follow up with the person who interviewed you and you're just told that a manager will call you within five days. Instead, you receive an e-mail stating that you didn't get the position.

Interview
Process was pretty straightforward, I applied online, within minutes I was sent an email for an assessment, within 24 hours I was able to schedule a phone interview. I was asked to come in for a final in person interview. I received an offer.

Interview
Process was very straightforward. I applied, and shortly after had the opportunity to take an assessment. Once those results came in a day or two later I was contacted to schedule a Webex interview. My interviewer was very nice and helpful and seemed genuinely engaged in my interview and getting to know me.
