I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GEICO (San Diego, CA) in Sept 2018
Interview
The interview process took a long time. I was there for my scheduled interview at 10:00 am and didn't leave until after 3:30 pm. Between the interview questions, the skills tests, and the waiting alone in the exam room, I felt like I was forgotten.

I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO (Tucson, AZ) in Jan 2021
Interview
There will be 3 stages of interviews you will have to go through, 1 is about experience and interest, 2 is about how to react in different call scenarios, and 3 is talking to the acting manager himself, and he decides whether or not you are eligible. He will want to know how you see your future at GEICO, and how you see yourself in your own future as well. just be confident in yourself and be honest. If you have your bachelors degree that already puts you in line for advancement for management, if not then that's fine, they will inform you that in order to advance you will need your bachelors.
