It started off with Geico emailing me almost daily asking me to come into open interviews. Finally I just went to see what it was all about. I went during open interviews so the whole waiting room was full of people applying. I went in the back and had a computer test and an initial interview (3 hrs), then they called me back to come that Saturday for another interview. This next one was role playing. I was given info sheets to memorize and then we did 3 mock calls. At the end of each of them she stated on the line and we talked about what I said right and wrong. I passed that. (2 hrs) Next, they called me back to shadow someone in the sales department. I sat next to him and listened to him for an hour. It was a loud environment, more like a frat room than a call room with all these men screaming over us and high fiveing. After that I was interviewed by 2 people. It was very unorganized. We sat im the middle of the call room while they interviewee me, they didn't know what they were talking about, didn't know what to ask or say, they couldn't have been too experienced in the department. They had to ask me questions over and over again because they were too distracted staring at each other to write down my answers.
