I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at GEICO (Macon, GA) in May 2015
Interview
It was a length selection process. First, I had to take a typing test, then role play different scenarios, then job shadow a current agent, and lastly, interviewed with the hiring manager.

Question 1
What are your strengths/weaknesses? Why do you want to work at GEICO? What competition do we have, how far are you in that process? What do you expect here? What kind of culture is important?
It was pretty easy. They just asked me a bunch of questions about my past experience that jobs with customer service. I thought I would get the job but never ended up getting the job. I used to be a hairstylist and was hoping to get a career change into insurance but was told I wasn't a fit.

Interview
There was a typing test to determine wpm, then I had a sales roll play call, and finally an interview with a hiring manager. Once I finished with the hiring manger, they took me to the sales floor to talk to a supervisor.
Fairly easy, was offered the position on the spot and really enjoyed the interview process with my recruiter, they involve role playing questions as well as your standard behavioral questions
