I applied online. I interviewed at Gallup in Mar 2017
Interview
Previous reviews definitely outline the process very well. Online personality assessment, then two phone assessments. They are your standard structured interview, so nothing surprising there, and most likely have set questions depending on the position. It's good to go over all of the questions people have posted – it helps for the quick pace of the survey.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would you analyze customer satisfaction (1-5 scale) based on wait time?
How would you analyze gender differences in customer satisfaction?
What knowledge would you expect an analyst to posses?
What gifts have you given people recently?
When you accomplish something, do you like to enjoy it or analyze how you could go back and do it better?
It was impersonal - they asked a series of personality assessment questions and if I took too long to answer they moved on to the next mid-sentence. The interviewer didn't seem to be specific to the role or unit. I almost felt like I was being called from their call center.
I have completed 2 of the interviewing assessments, I think they both went well and were great questions. Hope I get a phone call to continue in the next steps of the onboarding process.

Question 1
asking if you are open-minded, if your more of a leader or a listener, etc.
Great interview, good follow up and communication. Enjoyed the process and the contact with employees. The questions were thought provoking, well thought out, and created an interesting conversation. Would interview again if given the opportunity.
