      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Gallup

      Interview

I found the job online through my University's career website and contacted the recruited. From there I was instructed to go online to fill out an application and do the gallup assessment. I then did a phone interview with about 40 questions. I was asked to continue on to the next round which was an interview of 80 questions. She wasn't able to finish in the first go around so we reschedule another date to finish the questions. This part of the process took 2 months. I was finally contacted by a recruiter who said she would submit my resume to the hiring managers to see if they were interested in my application. Unfortunately, all of the positions were filled by the time I got to this point. She tried submitting my resume to the hiring managers outside of my chosen location but, in the end, I did not go to the next round. The Gallup recruiter called me to say I did not advance to the next round. This entire process lasted 4 months! A good point was that the recruiter was very nice and gently let me down. :)

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How much is a lot of money to you? A lot of explaining as to why you chose your answer (they are looking for real examples of what you did in the past). In my perspective, if she's asking you to give an example, you're on the right track.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gallup (Boston, MA) in Apr 2016

      Interview

First you have to do an online assessment and then if you pass you get a phone interview. Be prepared to answer the phone interview questions briefly. If they want to know more they will ask.

      Question 1

They asked 75 questions in a span of 45 mins.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Gallup in Nov 2015

      Interview

The application was pretty simple. However the telephone interview process was not like one i have had before. It was very robotic, the interviewer just reads questions as if its a script. little to no time noting down my responses.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

i was asked question such as " who do you think pays you" how do u think workers should be compensated? when in you life do u think you have made the biggest contribution?(on which i didn't comprehend ) tell me a time when you have been a leader?. when have you been strict to a team member ? how would you work with a cynical person?

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Gallup (London, England) in Nov 2015

      Interview

Three stages, first Submit CV and normal application. Second a long personality test where you are given about 70 statements and you have to say if you strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, strongly disagree. Similar questions for how you describe yourself. After this there is then a phone interview which is roughly the same, however, they'll ask you for more descriptive answers rather than yes/no.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Some of the phone interview questions are more descriptive so have some examples in your head that you want to use to demonstrate your strengths. However, the questions where unlike anything other interview I've had, and aren't really about the main competency's they normally ask for. some of the more basic where, are you persuasive, tell me a time you have persuaded someone. are you a leader, tell me a time you've broken bad news to someone - Even these aren't very standard
