Pre-prescribed template for interviewer to fill out as you are speaking. Typical situation-based questions with some creative brain teasers. Entire process took over 3 weeks, and I had a total of 7 interviews. All interviewers were at director level.

You are stuck in a hole underground for so long that you completely lose track of time of year. You emerge from the hole, only to be put in a room with one window. How do you tell the temperature outside?

Emailed asking for times for interview. Didn’t hear back for 3 weeks. Was interviewed and they only took 5 minutes to interview me as they said they had another meeting to go to. Heard back in generic company email you’re rejected. Only after 12 weeks

Interview
The first step of the interview process was an online assessment and after that I had 30 mins phone call with the HR. Behavioural questions were very specific and the HR was very indifferent.
I was rejected by the HR, I think this part of the interview should have been done from the Line Manager.
