I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at General Mills in Sept 2023
Interview
Had a first-round Zoom interview. Was asked pretty basic behavioral questions. Not much in the way of problem-solving or scenario questions. Interviewer was very friendly and inviting. Interview felt very conversational.
