About 40 min, first introduce yourself, then how do you know genpact, finally start to asking you the questions about your resume, what you have done. Questions are very theoretical and mathematical because they are looking for people really knows the detail theory of statistics. In the end answer your questions.

First level is typing and then communications skills which enables org to screen the appropriate candidates for the suitable positions this is really a good way of interview procedure it provides a great experience for both employers and employees

it was quite rigorous . i applied it through linkedin and gave 3 interviw rounds. bunch of questions were asked and i gave most of them . majorly technical questions and some soft skills questions as well,
Very smooth had two rounds, one technical one HR both of which were not very difficult. As a campus recruit the process was seamless and had questions regarding major and extra curricular activities and participation.
