I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Gilead Sciences (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was a fantastic experience. There are no tricky questions. Only the questions from the big boss make me nervous because I can feel the pressure. From application to hiring decision, the entire process takes about 5-6 weeks. It is a lengthy procedure. I had a job offer in hand at the time. I have to let it go in order to await Gilead's decision. However, the team members are so pleasant that they did an excellent job of selling the company to you. I couldn't sleep the night before the onsite interview. I'm desperate for this job because my skills and background are a perfect match. Only a few companies are exploring the business in my field.
It's disappointing to learn that I wasn't chosen for this role.
HM phone screening and onsite interview with presentation. There was a group lunch with few team members. At the end of the day, there was a HR interview. I received a rejection by email.
