Interview
They sent a few files as a translation test and then disappeared for over three months. When they came back they said the test was good and that they would be sending a contract next week after that. This time they met their deadline and sent the contract with literally the worst offer I've ever received as a freelance translator. It just wasn't worth it.

Interview
After a 4-month recruiting process, I finally received an email from them. They sent me an agreement with some shady clauses and the lowest payment per word I have ever seen: 0.018 per translated word and 0.009 per proofread word.

Interview
I was asked to do a translation test online. I was given a couple of days to do it.The person who contacted me said that I would receive the result shortly. But two weeks passed by without answer, she didn't even respond to my emails. Finally the only solution I found was to ask another person from the company about my test result, and then she (the first person) contacted me saying that the results were expected for that week . And coincidentally they came the following day, and she told me that the text was not considered to have the right tone and style for the client in question. When I asked her to be more specific: SILENCE.

Question 1
Not very difficult. But in the same message in which you had to send the test, I were asked to include my proofreader rates (for the third time).
