Interview
Thorough interview process with 3-4 interview stages, including a culture fit interview. They also give you a task to practice using their system and get tested on this as one of the interview stages.
The process is lengthy and thorough, focuses on technical ability as well as getting to know you as a human being. Quite enjoyable but goes on for a long time.
