I was sent the job description and information from a recruiter off LinkedIn. I then sent her my resume. Days later that recruiter set up interviews with 3 people in that department which was held back to back on the same day on different zoom calls in January 2024. The first one was simple typical interview questions, she was uninterested but did her job. The second interviewer was more thorough so nothing off putting. I did notice she was on my LinkedIn profile before the interview. The third interviewer was more aggressive but her questions were good. She kept saying we are not looking at how many certifications a person has and so on. Weird part is that the job did not require certifications and I never mentioned any during either of my separate interviews. Third interviewer was more dismissive in her interviewing skills for no reason. I kept my happy demeanor because I really do enjoy my career in trust and safety. After the 3rd interviewer, I knew it would go no where. I never got a rejection letter. I just got ghosted. FYI the job is similar if not exactly like a content moderator position but it is just within the security organization team of GoDaddy. It was a neutral experience. I won't let the third interviewer take away from the others it is all an experience to grow from.
