Turned in my resume in person and got scheduled an interview later that week. Easy interview process through Zoom with simple questions. Training was simple as I was staying short term.

Quick call with the manager, asked about my interest in the position and what I know about the company. Was 10 minutes max, then they opened the floor for any questions I had.
It was very easygoing, done casually in the front of the store in person with one of the managers. she took notes while i spoke with my resume open, and it was mostly just behavior quesitons; made me do the sop test
