Interview
The standard phone screening interview was nice and smooth when the HR manager tried to get to know my experience better.
The second stage was a 45 min phone call with a person who has the same position. It was not a structured interview. The main goal was to discover my experience.

It was a total of four interviews, scheduled in three different moments. Call with a recruiter, then a role related knowledge round, then cognitive ability and googleyness, Throughout the process there was a lot of assistance and resources available.

Who are Google's main competitors in the field (Amazon, Facebook, Criteo...) How, why and when would you pitch Google ads against them?
Thorough process. Challenging, thrilling, sometimes boring. I can definitely recommend preparing ahead of each interview. This will make you more confident and that’s what the interviewer expects from you. They provide all the topics that are touched upon beforehand.

Interview
The interview was very smooth and straight forward. The recruiter was following the designed set of questions and at the end of the interview left 5 minutes for my questions.
