Interview
People are told up front that Google's hiring process is long. It takes a determined and committed person to subject themselves to the torture of waiting for an answer and next steps. However, once you get past the initial interview with the recruiter and the critical thinking test you are added as a viable candidate for consideration on future opportunities. The recruiters do a great job of keeping you informed regarding expectations and process. They also make an effort to give you the proper information to make sure you have a good experience and advice on how to market yourself.

Question 1
There were no really difficult questions. If you are a truly qualified candidate it becomes more about finding a good personality fit for the team.
They asked some random questions.
THe table was dirty and oily. The guy was high on something. This is a horrile place. i don't want to work there even if they pay $12 bucks.
The interview process started with an initial screening call with a recruiter, lasting about 30–45 minutes. They discussed my resume, experience, and fit for the role. This call was non-technical and mostly focused on background and behavioral questions.

They asked me to describe a time I managed multiple priorities and deadlines. They wanted to see how I organized tasks, communicated with team members, and solved problems under pressure.
A Google interview felt surprisingly simple and easy. The questions were straightforward, the pacing was calm, and the whole conversation moved smoothly without pressure or complexity. Person interviewing was very nice.
